Qualifications / Requirements
Articulate and engaging : Effectively interact with players, coaches, and spectators, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Sport savvy : Possess at least 2 years of experience as a player, coach, or official in the specific sport.
Self-directed and resourceful : Demonstrate initiative and the ability to solve problems that arise during shifts independently.
Safety-focused : Prioritize player safety by taking decisive action and displaying proactive awareness of potential risks.
Positive and collaborative : Maintain a cheerful and encouraging attitude while building strong relationships with players, coaches, and families.
Time commitment : Demonstrate flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, for the season duration (approximately 7 weeks).
Tech-ready : Possess a smartphone with internet access.
Safety first : Must successfully pass a National Criminal Background Check.
