i9 Sports is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Road Signs and Flyers Coordinator. This role will be responsible for promoting our youth sports programs by placing and maintaining road signs and distributing flyers in key locations within the community. You’ll play a key part in driving awareness and participation in our leagues.
Responsibilities:
- Place and maintain road signs in designated locations to advertise upcoming sports leagues and registration periods.
- Distribute flyers in local businesses, schools, and community centers to spread the word about i9 Sports programs.
- Ensure signs are in good condition and properly positioned to maximize visibility and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align signage and flyer materials with branding and promotional campaigns.
- Track locations and maintain a log of where road signs and flyers have been placed.
- Assist with any other promotional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to distribute flyers and place road signs at various locations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with local businesses and the community.
- Prior experience in a similar role (advertising, promotions, or marketing) is a plus but not required.
