About the Job:
NOTE: This current job is for SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS only.
As a flag football official with i9 Sports, you will not only serve as the enforcer of the rules, but will be a culture cultivator, an impartial on-field coach, and an advocate for the program. Seeking HIGH ENERGY, FUN, RELIABLE, and SERVICE ORIENTED people to officiate weekend flag football games for boys and girls ranging from 5-14 years old. Previous experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
- Enjoy working with kids
- Clean background check
- Reliable transportation to and from games and training
- Be confident and capable of working alongside parents and upholding the i9 Sports philosophy
- OUTSTANDING energy and enthusiasm
Job Type: Part-time, Seasonal
Staring Salary: $20-$23 /hour
Responsibilities
- Officiate kids' flag football games, ensuring adherence to rules and fair play.
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and parents to foster a positive environment.
- Manage conflicts on the field, demonstrating strong conflict management skills.
- Provide guidance and support to young athletes, drawing on experience with children.
- Promote sportsmanship and teamwork among participants during games and practices.

Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends only
