Job Summary The Area Manager works alongside the franchise owner (Area Developer) to help kids succeed in life through sports! The Area Manager manages the day-to-day operation of the local sports franchise including onsite marketing, coach recruitment, oversight of game-day operations, customer service, developing and managing Nike Camps, and maintaining a satellite warehouse. In their role, the Area Manager ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated. This position is for the Ventura, Camarillo, and Oxnard area, preferably the candidate lives in Ventura or nearby. Responsibilities
