Job Summary
Seeking individual with knowledge in one or more of the following sports : flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball with weekend availability to assist with Youth Sports programs. Plus, the ability to assist during the week with Guerilla marketing such as Road Sign Routes and Preschool Flyer deliveries.
Guerilla Marketing - Complete assigned Road Sign or Preschool Routes each week.
Instructor / Officials are responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches.
The Instructor will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.
As an Official you will not only serve as the enforcer of the rules, but will be a culture cultivator, an impartial on-field coach, and an advocate for the programs. This role has a direct impact on players, coaches, and spectators each and every game day.
