We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to lead our Baseball Clinic for children ages 5-9. As the clinic leader, you will play a vital role in teaching basic baseball fundamentals, fostering a positive and encouraging environment, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize weekly baseball clinics for children ages 5-9.
- Teach fundamental skills such as throwing, catching, hitting, and base running in a fun, age-appropriate manner.
- Create a positive and engaging environment that encourages sportsmanship and teamwork.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to participants.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a well-organized and supervised clinic.
- Set up and take down equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with children and youth sports.
- Knowledge of baseball fundamentals and ability to teach them effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Previous coaching or teaching experience preferred but not required.
