We are looking for individuals who can officiate soccer AND/OR flag football on Saturdays from 8 am-3 pm. at Mt. Juliet Christian Academy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Officiate Sports games with fairness and integrity, ensuring adherence to the rules and regulations of the sport.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players during games, emphasizing skill development and sportsmanship.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for players, encouraging teamwork, respect, and healthy competition.
- Actively engage with players, offering personalized coaching to help them improve their game strategies and techniques.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, serving as a role model for young athletes both on and off the field.
- Collaborate with other referees and coaches to ensure smooth game operations and effective communication.
- Carefully set up and break down venues, demonstrating consideration to maintain positive relationships with the venue.
Qualifications:
- Lift/carry a minimum of 35lb
- Can commit to full weekend work
- Prior experience in officiating basketball games or relevant sports activities.
- Strong understanding of basketball rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with young athletes.
- Passion for mentoring and coaching youth players, fostering their personal and athletic development.
- Ability to remain composed and make quick, fair decisions in high-pressure game situations.
- Commitment to upholding the values of sportsmanship and fair play.
