Being a Customer Service with i9 Sports gives you the opportunity to teach core values and create lasting memories with kids in the Tallahassee community, all while having fun and earning money.
The i9 sports customer service associate is a part-time position working Saturdays only during our fall, winter and spring seasons. Each season lasts 7 weeks. It’s ideal for the busy parent, professional or student who loves customer service and can commit to it on the weekend. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and take down of fields
- Communicate with parents and children
- Ensure practice and games start and end on time
- Help other staff stay organized
- Check- In Coaches and staff
- Keep score cards organized
- Work directly with other i9 Sports staff
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 18 years old with some experience working with school-age children
- Cleared criminal history and fingerprint check
- Experience with customer service
- Have transportation to and from the fields or gym
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Enjoys working with children
- Connects and works well with both children and adults
- Is a positive role model
- Possesses the following qualities: outgoing, personable, reliable, responsible, dedicated, enthusiastic, flexible, organized, patient, and caring
- Communicates effectively
