Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in the Greater Wilmington Area for a Youth Flag Football Referee. The Youth Flag Football Referee will be responsible for officiating flag football games, ensuring games are played fairly and according to the rules, and maintaining a positive and fun atmosphere. The referee will also be required to communicate effectively with coaches, players, and parents, and display good interpersonal skills to manage interactions during games.

- Experience in Refereeing and knowledge of Football rules
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work Saturdays and on-site in the Greater Wilmington, NC Area
- Passion for youth sports and commitment to creating a positive experience for participants
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
