What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Soccer Coach position at i9 Sports?
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of young players through a variety of soccer training programs and games. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the game, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and supportive environment for all players.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the i9 Sports programing guide
- Coach skills and team play
- Organize and oversee competitive gameplay
- Know all specific rules and regulations for i9 Sports gameplay
Requirements:
- MUST ENJOY WORKING WITH CHILDREN! Our leagues are based on children learning and having fun with sports. Delivering encouragement and showing patience with developing players will be vital for this position
- Knowledge of sport (some coaching experience preferred)
- Physically able to perform and demonstrate techniques and skills that are being taught
- Assist with event set up and break down
I9 Sports operates all over San Diego County, you must have transportation to get to playing sites.
Hours: 9-1 Sat / 9-1 Sunday
Dates: September 22- November 3
