Youth Sports Flag Football Referee

i9 Sports, the National leader in providing youth sports leagues and clinics is accepting applications for Youth Sports Officials. We are looking for Enthusiastic, Energetic, Reliable & Confident workers who know sports! If you love kids & sports there is no better part-time job. We are looking for Soccer and Flag Football referees and T-ball Instructors!

These games are on Sunday Afternoons

The locations are
Lake Howell High School

- To be qualified for this role you MUST hold all of the following qualifications:

• o Officiating experience not required but highly recommended.
• o Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays
• o Have a knowledge of sports.
• o Have a passion to see kid’s succeed in sports and having a fun time while doing so.
• o Thrive in the customer service atmosphere.
• o Be able to "coach" / "instruct" the kids on the fields/gym.
• o Be able to manage coaches and parents to ensure a superior game day experience.
• o Be reliable and maintain the ability to create long standing relationships.
• o Email access, cell phone and reliable transportation to and from all games, meetings, etc.

Responsibilities

• Officiate youth sports games, ensuring fair play and adherence to rules.
• Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and parents to address questions and concerns.
• Manage conflicts on the field, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
• Provide guidance and support to young athletes, fostering their development and enjoyment of the sport.
• Collaborate with other referees and staff to ensure smooth game operations.
• Engage with children in a friendly manner, encouraging sportsmanship and teamwork.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Weekends only

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sports: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Winter Springs, FL 32708: Relocate before starting work (Required)
