We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Referee. As a Referee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring fair play and sportsmanship during games and events.
*Responsibilities*
- Officiate games and enforce rules to ensure fair play
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators
- Manage conflicts or disputes that may arise during games
- Ensure the safety of all participants
- Uphold the integrity of the sport and promote good sportsmanship
*Skills*
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Background in sports coaching or playing, especially in basketball
- Strong communication skills to interact with players, coaches, and spectators
- Ability to manage conflicts and make quick decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of football and soccer rules and regulations
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
