What You'll Do:
As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations. You'll oversee accounts payable and expense processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, payment processing, and expense reimbursement. You'll identify opportunities to streamline workflows, optimize efficiency, and enhance controls. Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries will be a key part of your role. You'll also develop, prepare, and analyze management reports to ensure the accuracy of financial data, quality of presentation, and compliance with standards and regulations. Additionally, you'll implement and monitor process management indicators and participate in the continuous improvement of AP and expense processes, implementing best practices and efficiencies. Providing training and support to team members on AP and expense-related tasks as needed will also be part of your responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounts receivable or an equivalent financial position
- Comprehensive understanding of the payables and expense processes, insurance billing, and collections
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, and the ability to influence and inspire team members
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team or project management
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills, with adeptness in multitasking and prioritizing
