What You'll Do:
Engineering and Development
- Collaborate with Product Owners and end-users to gather and understand requirements.
- Transform requirements into robust, scalable solution designs.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and integrating emerging development technologies.
- Explore and integrate machine learning or AI technologies to enhance application functionality and performance.
- Manage and configure team source code and scrum/Kanban systems.
- Actively participate in Product Backlog Planning Sessions.
- Champion continuous integration processes, including build, test, and release management.
- Play a key role in the staff hiring process.
- Mentor and guide fellow developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Provide support for IT infrastructure tasks as needed.
- Facilitate the resolution of Help Desk Tickets with efficiency and empathy.
- Train end-user representatives on application functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Education, Work Experience, And Training Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in developing commercial or enterprise applications.
- Extensive experience with .NET, C#, ASP.Net, AngularJS, and SQL Server. React Native mobile experience is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Knockout.
- Proven track record of implementing solutions across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Agile development methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Expertise in code management tools such as Git and TFS.
- Strong background in Continuous Integration practices, including automated build, test, and release management.
- Familiarity with development patterns and principles such as test-driven design, domain-driven design, functional style, interface design, and dependency inversion.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and solve complex technical and business problems.
- Independent worker with strong team collaboration skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of business practices, processes, and workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and respond positively to change.
- Strong multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple competing initiatives while meeting deadlines.
- Business-savvy with a results-oriented mindset, capable of carrying projects from conception to completion efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey strategic goals.
