The Junior Marketing Coordinator , while working under direct supervision, is responsible for coordinating activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations and submittals.

The Junior Marketing Coordinator , while working under direct supervision, is responsible for coordinating activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations and submittals.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Conduct market and prospect research.
- Maintain digital and printed marketing materials
- Maintain marketing information systems, including database and other resources
- Coordinate work of vendors (photographers, reprographics, etc.).
- Participate in marketing meetings and produce marketing reports, as required.
- Monitor general and industry publications (including websites) to keep apprised of developments, trends, and promotional opportunities.
- Participate in the development of press releases, brochure copy, articles, blog and social networking posts, and other promotional materials.
- Participate in the strategizing and development of proposals, presentations and other marketing collateral.
- BA in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year experience in marketing support of interior design, construction, engineering, architecture, or related industry.
- Familiar with the professional services industry, architecture and design industry and/or marketing in general through past work experience or an internship.
- Compiles data from various identified sources. Enters data into database. Assists in establishing and maintaining an effective records management system.
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign. Proficiency in other Creative Cloud programs is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office application skills, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proofreading ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with multiple fast-paced tasks and time-sensitive deadlines.
- Team player who is reliable, flexible and collaborative.

Salary : $55,000 - $62,500
