The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $73,205.40 to $99,042.60, though a candidate’s base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

What You'll Do
Channel & Campaign Management
- Execute multi-channel marketing strategies (email, trade publications, paid social, paid search, etc.) to drive awareness, lead generation, and continued lead engagement.
- Oversee integrated campaigns designed to nurture leads through the funnel and drive conversions.
- Build and manage campaign calendars to ensure alignment across teams, coordinating with internal creative teams to deliver campaign assets on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to align demand generation efforts that drive top of funnel growth with key personas from accounts in our Ideal Customer Profile to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
- Serve as the day-to-day owner of the marketing technology stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) to ensure seamless integration between tools for lead routing, scoring, and nurturing.
- Develop workflows and ensure accuracy for automation in lead management, segmentation, and personalized communications.
- Evaluate new technologies to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
- In partnership with the Brand & Communications team, implement and maintain on-page and technical SEO best practices, including keyword research, metadata optimization, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Conduct regular audits of the website to identify and resolve issues related to broken links, outdated content, or technical errors.
- Create and optimize landing pages tailored to specific campaigns or target audiences to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Test headlines, CTAs, layouts, and other elements for continuous improvement in improving engagement and conversion rates.
- Implement mechanisms to track campaign and event outcomes by creating standardized processes for data collection and reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards for tracking KPIs such as MQLs/SQLs, campaign ROI, and channel performance.
- Provide tactical performance reports to marketing leadership with recommendations for optimization.
- Align with Brand & Communications team and Product Marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment across channels.
- Partner with BDRs and Sales teams to align on shared goals such as lead quality metrics and pipeline contributions.
- Work with Sales, Operations, Product, and Customer Support teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Work with IT, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy across systems while maintaining compliance and privacy standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS marketing roles such as demand generation, digital marketing or marketing operations.
- Proficiency in listed or similar marketing tools and channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Experience working in a B2B company within the pharmacy or healthcare industry.
- Experience with account-based go-to-market or niche market strategies.
- Certifications in digital marketing or MarTech tools (e.g., Marketo).
