Compensation
The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $115,958.90 to $156,885.57 , though a candidate’s base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

What You'll Do
Brand Management
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies designed to drive awareness, increase brand equity, and reinforce iA’s position in the marketplace.
- Create compelling creative briefs, providing clear direction to design and content teams to produce high-quality advertising materials, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Manage advertising budget and negotiate ad buys to support brand strategies, developing relationships with key publications who reach our target audiences. Analyze brand performance metrics regularly and refine strategies to ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent application of the brand's visual identity and messaging across all channels.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to strengthen iA’s market positioning.
- Spearhead the development of internal and external communication strategies that align with iA’s overarching business goals and drive engagement.
- Lead the creation and execution of Thought Leadership initiatives, crafting compelling content for press releases, newsletters, social media, and other platforms.
- Manage public relations efforts through agency partnerships, overseeing media outreach, and crisis communication strategies
- Ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging that builds brand credibility and enhances iA’s reputation.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to oversee and drive successful marketing campaigns for new product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns for key trade shows and corporate events, ensuring impactful outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.

- Manage and mentor brand & communications team members & external brand partners. Brand & Comms team currently consists of a Brand Coordinator, Graphic Designer and Corporate Communications Manager.
- Provide strategic input to senior leadership on branding and communication opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in brand management or communications roles.
- Critical thinker, excellent listener, and communicator
- Proven expertise in developing integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams or agencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong storytelling and writing ability.
