About the role
Assists in the administration, monitoring, servicing and promotion of the IAA Credit Union (IAACU) plastic card portfolio. As part of the Service Center, provides member assistance regarding credit/debit card issues by phone, email and in person.How does this role make an impact?
- Assists in the day-to day plastic card (e.g., credit/debit card, gift card) servicing operations for IAACU. Responds to inquiries and resolves issues/disputes.
- Monitors daily fraud reports and assists with fraud prevention, mitigation and recovery.
- Orders new plastic cards and adjusts card limits, as appropriate and with necessary approvals.
- Follows applicable compliance guidelines and documentation standards regarding opening, closing and maintaining accounts.
- Accurately and efficiently processes financial transactions. Post debit and credit card exceptions, balance daily files to core system.
- May coordinate programs with applicable IAACU departments, prepare reports and/or provide training.
Do you have what we're looking for?
Typically requires 1 years of relevant experience.
- Basic familiarity with plastic card products and retail banking products and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service and conflict resolution.
- Strong research and investigative skills.
- Basic computer and data entry skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ongoing ability to learn new/other banking equipment, systems and software necessary to complete job requirements.
- Ability to organize efficiently, establish priorities and attend to details.
Base Pay Range:
$38,000-$52,250The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
