IAB Solutions, LLC is a nationwide, full-service, accounts receivable management company. We provide accounts receivable and deduction management services to many of the country?s most highly regarded consumer product companies. We drive money to the bottom-line for our clients by offering top-notch consultative services, resolution of open and closed items, and A/R investigative work.
This position supports our growing organization by providing automations expertise in addition to general IT support.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robotic process automations to support the operations team.
- Prioritize assigned automations and ensure timely completion.
- Provide technical support for computer software and hardware issues and resolve user problems promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for automation and develop solutions to streamline workflows.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize existing automations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain documentation of automation processes and procedures to ensure proper knowledge transfer and troubleshooting.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and automation trends to enhance organizational capabilities and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with other employees to research and resolve problems, providing remote desktop support to all 6 of IAB's locations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to explain errors and/or recommend modifications to computer programs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in an I.T. role
- Minimum of an Associates Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience creating automation scripts
- Experience coding in C#, Visual Basic necessary
- Experience using Visual Studio and Visual Studio Team Services
- Experience working in Windows 10 & 11
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
- Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees and customers.
Helpful Skills/Abilities:
- Experience coding in Python and Microsoft SQL
- Experience working in with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint online, Microsoft Teams
