What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst position at IAB Solutions, LLC?
The Senior Analyst is responsible for all A/R Analyst duties while demonstrating advanced knowledge of deductions
and accounts receivable. The Sr. Analyst is tasked with efficiently researching, recovering, and resolving receivables.
This role demands in-depth analysis of customer accounts, scrutiny of invoice discrepancies against supporting
documentation, and thorough audits of claims identified by team members as uncollectible. The Sr. Analyst ensures
maximum efforts are exerted before involving the Client for resolution.
The Senior Analyst is eager to share their experience with other project team members while leveraging this
advanced knowledge to serve IAB’s Clients. The Sr. Analyst actively seeks opportunities to collaborate with other
project team members. As directed by Management, utilize their extensive knowledge and expertise to enhance the

The Senior Analyst may be asked to represent IAB in the absence of the Project Manager and/or a Team Lead and
facilitates team and Client communication with the support and guidance of their Vice President of Operations. This

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, organized, reliable and detail-oriented
- Can-do attitude with ability to work independently within a team environment
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, innovative environment
- Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred, but not required
- A/R Deduction knowledge a plus, but not expected.
- Experience in SAP or other ERP systems is a plus, but not expected.
