Senior Quality Engineer Responsibilities Are
- Develops and implements programs to assess and improve the quality of products, components, materials and/or operations.
- Creates policies and processes including standard procedures (e.g., quality audits/review, Taguchi methods, process reengineering, etc.).
- Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products.
- Conducts quality control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards.
- Performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates.
- 5 years' experience of working in Quality
- Significant experience with quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
- Significant experience with data analysis and statistical methods
- Excellent math skills together with close attention for detail and
- Responsible and conscientious, with a results driven approach
- Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- BSc or BA degree in business administration or other relevant area; additional certification of quality control, such as ISO 9000, will be a bonus
