Position Summary:
The Catering Delivery Driver / Brand Ambassador is responsible for the timely, safe, and professional delivery and setup of catering orders. This individual represents Iacofano’s Catering & Events at client sites, airports, corporate offices, and event venues, providing excellent service while ensuring all delivery and brand standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Setup:
- Safely transport food and catering supplies to designated locations
- Deliver to inflight, corporate, and residential clients
- Follow detailed delivery protocols including setup, labeling, and temperature control
- Verify orders against invoices or packing slips prior to departure
Customer Service:
- Greet clients with professionalism and courtesy
- Communicate clearly and calmly with FBOs, clients, and staff
- Represent the Iacofano’s brand through personal appearance and behavior
- Collect POD (proof of delivery) and communicate any issues
Vehicle & Safety:
- Perform daily vehicle inspections using Samsara or designated checklist
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and out
- Report maintenance needs and incidents immediately
- Refuel using Fuelman card and follow documentation protocol
Store Runs / Additional Duties:
- Complete store stops as directed by dispatch or supervisor
- Upload receipts and handle products responsibly
- Assist with packing, cleanup, and facility support when not on route
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and navigate stairs or uneven terrain
- Comfortable using routing apps and digital logs
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Experience in hospitality or delivery preferred
Performance Expectations:
- Deliveries are on time, complete, and set up per standards
- Vehicle logs, inspections, and PODs are consistently submitted
- Professionalism is maintained under all conditions
- Client feedback is positive, and issues are promptly addressed
Salary : $33,280 - $34,320
