Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various clerical tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, and may include greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping..
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and calendar management is essential.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
