What are the responsibilities and job description for the IFS Process Designer position at iAgami Technologies?
As an IFS Process Designer, you will play a pivotal role in aligning IFS functionality with client business processes. You will work closely with the Process Design Lead and a multidisciplinary team to develop initial draft process flows, leveraging IFS out-of-the-box processes and capabilities to establish baseline designs. Your expertise in IFS solutions will be critical during workshops, where you’ll identify design gaps, assess impacts, and ensure processes align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for IFS capabilities and designs.
- Collaborate with the Process Design Lead to draft process flows based on standard IFS functionality.
- Map IFS out-of-the-box processes to end-to-end scope requirements to create baseline processes.
- Provide IFS subject matter expertise during workshops to address design gaps and process impacts.
- Review and validate process designs for alignment with the IFS solution, identifying fit/gap issues.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in IFS Solution Tool and 2c8 process documentation.
- Strong knowledge of IFS Cloud, Asset Management, Work Management, and Supply Management.
- Fluency in English.
- Utilities industry experience is a plus.
