Duties:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
- Create and implement lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of each student.
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback to help them improve their academic skills.
- Collaborate with other tutors and educators to share resources and best practices.

Requirements:
- Experience working with students or children, preferably in a classroom or educational setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Additional certifications or training in specific subjects or teaching methodologies is a plus.
