Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and security settings.
- Review and adjust system settings for optimal visibility and security.
- Manage sandboxes and deployments using Gearset.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce, including user provisioning, page layouts, flows, custom objects, fields, validations, email templates, and data loads.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery to customers.
- Provide training and support to new and existing users on system functionalities.
- Assist in managing duplicate and outdated data, cleaning up unused fields, reports, and dashboards.
- Gather user feedback and implement system changes without disrupting operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and object-oriented programming.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented databases and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to develop application requirements based on user needs.
- Excellent multitasking, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to assist in the development of Lightning Web Components.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with backend data integration such as HTTP, Web Services.
- Knowledge of Conga Composer Document Generation Solutions.
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce/APEX, Unit Test Development, JSON, and XML.
- Development experience with Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and SSO.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
