- Competitive Wages : The Delivery Van Driver starts with a base wage of $20.00 / hour, paid biweekly.
- Bonus Pool Eligible : The driver contributes immensely to the success of our Catering and Events team, so our drivers are eligible for the Bonus Pool after the first 50 hours worked. The bonus is paid out at the end of the Brewers season.

Delivery Van Driver Duties and Expectations
The Delivery Van Driver is responsible for loading up the company van and delivering food and products between our restaurants and catering / off-site locations. They will unload and put away items in the appropriate places and collect appropriate items to return to the restaurants. They will also assist in maintaining the van including cleaning, fueling (or alerting management to fueling needs), fluid level checks, and notification of oil changes.
Our Delivery Van Drivers may have frequent contact with Ian's Pizza customers, in-store staff, and business partners at our off-site event locations and therefore are a representative of Ian's Pizza in providing good customer service.

Our products need to arrive at non-peak service times, so our drivers typically stock the stands in the mornings. We also typically stock on non-event days, or mornings prior to an event. Since offsite events vary in when they are scheduled, the driver's schedule will vary from week to week.
This is a part-time, seasonal position for about 10-20 hours per week during the Brewer's season (March-October). The number of hours per week will vary based on the number of events and games in a given week.
