What are the responsibilities and job description for the Independent Property Field Adjuster position at IAnet?

As a Property Field Adjuster, you will be provided with an assignment, required to inspect the property, and write a fair and economical damage appraisal using Xactimate (preferred property estimating software). Consistent with the principles of IAnet, all our appraisers and adjusters enjoy transparency, autonomy, and respect. We work with all our partners to ensure their growth and continued success while striving to deliver exceptional estimate quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Contractor
Experience:
- 2 years of field claims/property estimating experience.
- Estimating experience on leading electronic platforms (Xactimate preferred)
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Genuine care for estimate quality and customer/property owner
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- High level of professionalism and conduct
- Ability to focus on cycle times and deliver on deadlines.
- Understanding of insurance policy and coverage
- Knowledge of commercial and residential property estimating
License/Certification:
- Adjuster license (As Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
