Key Responsibilities
As a Dispensary Associate, you'll assist in daily operations, engage and educate patients, maintain compliance with local and state regulations, perform general office work, provide feedback, and participate in monthly product inventory reviews.
Training & Development
You'll ensure all patients are greeted with a helpful, pleasant, and compassionate attitude. You'll be proficient in HIPAA and confidentiality requirements, inventory management, point of sale platforms, and DPH Virtual Gateway systems.
Driving Business/Sales
You'll review sales daily, best practices to achieve goals, trained on patient services, participating in one-minute meetings, delivering excellent patient services, and representing the brand appropriately.

Qualifications & Education
You must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, and computer literacy are required.
