Job Description
The Dispensary Associate will assist in the customer acquisition of cannabis, educate customers about strains, effects, and different modalities of consuming cannabis, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable and welcoming service to customers
- Enter each sale into the POS system and manage customer transactions
- Work closely with dispensary managers to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist customers with selecting the right cannabis products, answering questions, and providing recommendations
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience working with electronic records preferred
- Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple tasks, prioritize work
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented
- Excellent cash handling skills
