As a Senior Dispensary Lead, you play a pivotal role in the dispensary's operations. This position not only includes the main responsibilities of Lead Dispensary Agents but also extends to encompass leadership duties, training initiatives, and inventory management oversight.

Position Responsibilities
- Help oversee inventory, streamline inventory procedures, and train Leads on inventory systems.
- Investigate and correct discrepancies
- Assist managers in maintaining all aspects of compliance and standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
- Intake deliveries, stock products and sign manifests.
- Help coach new team members through regular touch bases, performance reviews and ongoing training.
- Assist with best practices and maintenance of all systems (i.e.: Dutchie, Metric)
- Responsible for either opening or closing of dispensary (key holder)
- Balancing cash and product inventory as part of daily closing procedure
- Observing and participating in patient services during consultation and sale
- Updating Communication Binder for most current information for team members
- Auditing patient intake forms for accuracy and completion
- Assisting with Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program
- Maintaining accountability of all team members, in relation to specific job description
- Performing general office work, such as filing records, operating copy machines, and using email
- Upholding all Company policies and procedures
- Providing General Manager with feedback on inventory levels and sales on a weekly basis
- Ensuring that all dispensary agents maintain proper recordkeeping such as patient intake forms, cash handling records, chain of custody documents and waste disposal logs
- Helping educate all team members on product offerings and any changes in state or city regulations
- Assisting with coordinating patient home delivery schedule with Delivery Manager
- Participating in weekly and quarterly management meetings
- Being a company brand ambassador and representing the brand appropriately.
- Building relationships with community leaders and trust from our neighbors.
- Following and implementing the company’s core values, including respect, diversity, sustainability, research and service.
- Ensuring adherence to the company’s cultural principles.
- Maintaining dispensary aesthetic according to the company’s brand, including music selection and daily cleanliness.

- Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum six months’ experience in a Lead Dispensary Agent role or the equivalent is preferred.
- Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical marijuana, a plus
- Experience working with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must successfully pass an extensive background check, including CORI.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
