JOB FUNCTION :
The position is responsible for maintenance of Janitorial projects and various other duties including :
Removing trash from all shops.
Mopping, waxing, and stripping floors.
Operating a floor scrubber.
Completing miscellaneous janitorial work.
Performing various maintenance projects such as updating lighting and other tasks.
Performing other duties as directed.
Required Skills
Ability to carry / lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves heavy manual labor.
Ability to maintain alertness and acuity that is not typically impaired by any medication, diet, or physical condition.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, sit and maneuver in confined spaces.
Ability to read and understand labels and written and verbal directions.
Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent, some High School Education acceptable.
Must have the ability to work in a detailed and safe manner.
Use of certain cleaning chemicals.
Qualifications :
