What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Administrator position at IAP Worldwide Services, Inc?
As a Quality Administrator, you will help the Director of Quality develop and maintain the quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures, and controls ensuring that performance and quality of products conform to establish standards and company guidelines to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Assist in the development, implementation, upload, and monitoring of the document and data control system. This includes policies and procedures, and training.
Assist in development of metrics to measure status and progress within the business units.
Track and monitor inspections, statistical process control analyses and audits are conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specifications.
Perform other duties as required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Microsoft products to include Power Point Presentations
- Document and Data control process
- Detailed Quality Analysis
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of experience working as an administrator or assistant.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- General Knowledge of Quality regulations, standards, and industry practices.
- Have recent experience with Open Text/Live Link.
- Have ISO audit experience with a government contracting background is a plus.
- Military or Government Aviation Background with Quality a plus.
