Position Overview :
The Contract Program Manager leads complex projects and serves as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate challenges and implement effective solutions. This role requires extensive industry experience and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead large-scale IOU projects, from initial assessment through implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic goals and challenges.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and technological innovation.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Qualifications :
Work Environment : This is a remote role based out of the California area.
Compensation : $175k - $275k, depending on experience.
