Job Title: Lead Data Scientist/ Data Science Manager

Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Data Scientist or similar role.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, with a focus on Azure ML.
- Extensive experience in time series analysis and forecasting.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of generative AI techniques and applications.
- Demonstrated experience in building end-to-end AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms, especially Azure.
- Experience with Azure cloud services like Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Cognitive Services.
- Strong experience in natural language processing (NLP), including techniques and applications.
- Skills in Computer Vision and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong programming skills in Python and R.
