What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrator LNHA position at IAS Associates?
Come work with a dynamic team of professionals! Our skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Administrator LNHA who fosters team cohesion and promotes a collaborative, supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating of the facility to ensure quality care for residents;
- Be knowledgeable of and implement federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the facility and residents, personnel, and physical plant.
- Responsible for interpreting and implementing corporate vision, purpose, mission and value statements.
- Make sure facility is a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents, patients, visitors and staff in accordance with company guidelines.
- Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- LNHA License
- 2 years' experience in a supervisory role at a SNF or in a Long-Term Care setting
- excellent oral and written communication skills
