The primary purpose of the Director of Social Services is to oversee the social work, admissions and discharge planning operations for our residents.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field is required.
- LSW license is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Medicaid process is required.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
