Job Description :
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will play a critical part in improving residents' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy programs tailored to each individual's needs while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of residents to determine their physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
Use a variety of techniques to improve residents' physical function and prevent further injury.
Collaborate with all departments, including occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians, to ensure cohesive care.
Educate residents and families on best practices for mobility and rehabilitation.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Provide progress updates as needed.
Qualifications :
Must be a Physical Therapist (PT) with a valid state license
