Coordinates shift activities to maintain continuity in the delivery of patient care. Serves as the administrative resource person for interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures for all departments as required.Minimum Education Requirements : Graduate of an accredited School or College of Nursing. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred. Minimum Work Experience : Three years of progressively responsible clinical experience in an acute care setting preferred. Other skills and abilities : Demonstrated knowledge of clinical and professional practice issues and processes.Equipment / Software / Certification / License : Current MA RN licensure.
