IAT Insurance Group (IAT) has immediate openings for Auto Physical Damage and Property Damage Claims Trainees that can be located in one of the following IAT offices :
- Naperville, Illinois
- Rolling Meadows, Illinois
- Raleigh, North Carolina
- Alpharetta, Georgia
- Omaha, Nebraska
This role works a hybrid schedule from one of the IAT Offices listed above. The hybrid schedule reflects our values (thinking and acting like an owner, collaboration, and teamwork) as it requires working from the office with colleagues and other disciplines Monday through Wednesday, with the option of working Thursday and Friday remotely.
This position is a great entry-level career opportunity for someone who is interested in a career in the insurance industry.
Our hires in this program unite with subject matter experts to dive deep into every facet of the claims process – following cases from start to finish including : investigating claims, analyzing insurance contracts, evaluating scope of damages and negotiating final resolutions with customers and claimants. The candidates will provide quality customer service to meet the needs of the insureds, claimants, and all internal and external customers.
