We are looking for a BDM Commercial Real Estate to expand our New Business team in the US. The position is remote from the North East region. You will report directly to the VP Sales for Our client for Business in North America.

The Regional Sales Manager role is a partner and customer facing position. You must be organized, energetic and results-driven. Your main purpose will be to develop and lead a robust channel to market through Enterprise accounts and Strategic Partners, and deliver profitable growth in sales and distribution. You have a strong history of successful sales management, possesses innate leadership qualities, excels in maintaining client and vendor relationships, and has a real passion for sharing the benefits our products offer. Travel will be required, potentially up to 50%.
You will....
- Prepare, implement and execute Strategic Partnership and Enterprise account plans within your specified region.
- Promote and engage our client solutions across the entire Partner Portfolio, gain a deep understanding of their market strategy and positioning.
- Monitor and work with all partners within the region to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain trusted account relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Educate sales teams on new and upcoming products and services to ensure a successful and meaningful market launch.
- Be able to manage high revenue-based opportunities commercially to meet revenue and margin growth strategies.
- Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth with current and potential customers and partners.
- Collaborate with the back-office teams to meet customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Respond to RFP’s ongoing to help achieve the quarterly targets.
- Attend trade shows and conventions as needed.
- Prepare and present quarter and annual business plans.
You are.....
- Experienced with managing large accounts.
- Experienced building strategic partnerships with large enterprise clients
- Experienced in Commercial Real Estate field.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-starter, ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Basic understanding of contracts, Terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate standard and nonstandard T&Cs.
- Deliver input to Marketing to pull together and lead sales campaigns to increase sales.
- Maintain Ownership, Quality and Responsibility culture within the Sales team.
- Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving approach
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
