What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campground Activities Coordinator position at IB Parks and Entertainment?
Basic Function
Coordinate and conduct daily/weekly activities for children and families at both campgrounds and being knowledgeable of campground operations to deliver excellent Guest Service.
Specific Responsibilities
Organize all activity locations and events.
Coordinate the weekly/monthly activity schedules for the summer.
Encourage guests to join activities and always be open to guest suggestions.
Oversee all activities and upkeep areas as needed.
Maintain strong knowledge of campgrounds features and locations to best be able to answer guests' questions.
Job Requirements
Must be 15 years of age or older.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be comfortable communicating and demonstrating activities with all demographics, including small children.
Must be able to work alone or in groups.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in all types of extreme weather.
