Job Description
The Server role at ib-parks-entertainment is focused on delivering exceptional Guest service while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and ensure the comfort of all Guests.
- Take food orders accurately and deliver food and drinks throughout the day.
- Engage with Guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and make suggestions to enhance the Guest experience.
- Adhere to state liquor laws and Park policies.
- Ensure proper cash handling according to Company policy.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least two years' experience as a server.
- Be TIPS certified.
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
Minimum Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully.
- Ability to satisfy physical demands: standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
