We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Staff member. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. They will also be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with membership sales and renewals
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries
  • Lead nurturing and engagement
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience in sales 
  • Must be able to adjust and operate gym equipment.
  • Always exhibit a superior sense of customer service. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethic. 
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.


Required Experience, Education and Certifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Physical Demands

  • Position duties require daily walking, running, sitting, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting and racking weights of at least 75lbs.

Language Skills

 Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business related documents such as financial reports and legal documents. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Ability to respond, verbally and in writing, to common inquiries or complaints from customers, co-workers, managers and members of the general public.
