Lead enterprise agreement onboarding, ensuring quality and driving customer adoption. Oversee project schedules and deliverables and collaborate with internal teams and customers to achieve business outcomes.
Key Skills:
5 years in customer success or project management.
Expertise in enterprise agreements and Cisco products.
Strong communication, presentation, and consultative skills.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.
Fluent in English.
