Job Summary:
The position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the San Antonio Collections staff, which includes Collectors and Administrative staff. Ensures the staff duties are performed timely and accurately and are completed daily. Assist staff with escalated calls and managing their lunch schedules and work schedules to ensure proper coverage is available during business hours.

- Supervises daily operations of the San Antonio Collections Department
- Ensure staff is following all bank policies and procedures
- Daily monitors collection routes to ensure assigned calls are completed
- Performs daily walkthrough to ensure the staff is engaged with work and / or to assist with escalated calls
- Trains new hire employees & prepares the proper new hire documents
