Job Summary:
In order to minimized the banks’ exposure for the processing of items $7,500 and greater, the large item review clerk verifies signatures, endorsements, dates, and courtesy amounts vs. legal amounts on checks to ensure proper reviews on items are done, should there be a need to return items with issues, back to the depositing banks.

- Reviews and processes large items ($7,500 and greater) for all markets
- Reviews and processes Stop Suspect items for all markets
- Reviews and processes True Stop items for all markets
- Advises other banks of large returns by entering notifications on early notification system
- Advises and emails account officer, for all markets, of questionable items ($7,500 and greater), True stop questionable items, Stop Suspect questionable items and Positive Pay items
- Reviews all positive pay customer exception items
- Other duties as assigned
