Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting in administering all the leave programs, including but not limited to: Family Medical Leave Act, Leave of Absence, Extended leave of absence, Officer leave of absence, Funeral leave of absence, Military leave, available at IBC. Assist with the administration, processing, and coordination of all requests.
Job Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Assist in the processing of the leave programs (i.e. FMLA, leave of absence, extended leave of absence, officer leave of absence, funeral leave of absence, military leave, etc.)
- Research and determine leave benefit
- Prepare and send communication to employees on leave
- Conducts follows up for all employees on leave
- Review and process non-medical leave requests
- Update weekly employees on leaves tracking to distribute to payroll
- Updates Time and Labor system
- Creates request for employee access while on leave
- Performs verifications of leaves
- Collaborates to request time off for all employees COVID hotline deviations
- Collects data to box/log all files for warehouse
- Assist the Human Resources department with the daily operations and any other duties as assigned or required
