Job Summary:
The Maintenance Clerk l position is responsible for timely ordering of Debit Cards and Check Orders for new/existing customers along with other maintenance functions and duties as assigned. Applicant must be comfortable working in a fast-paced active environment. They must also be able to meet or exceed the production standards set for the function processed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Process approved maintenance and service requests including ATM/Debit card processing and maintenance, check orders and maintenance change requests on accounts
- Assist with on the job training/cross training of employees
- Identify and escalate high priority or out of ordinary situations/requests and handle them accordingly
- Knowledge of bank products and services
- Handle phone calls from the branches using proper service etiquette and active listening to ensure quality service
- Able to work flexible hours when needed
SKILLS
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as assigned
- Ability to utilize multiple computer applications/ programs efficiently
- Ability to provide detailed instructions over the phone
- Self-starter that works well in a group environment
EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE
- At least 1 year of working experience, customer service experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Computer literate and have some working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual Spanish is a plus
