Key Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and engage with top talent in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively attract and engage top talent.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the Web3 ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
